A failed generation automatically returns its 100 credits. If a completed video has a missing goal or serious visual defect, contact support from My Videos for review. The refund policy explains redo and cash-refund eligibility.

Unused uploads are deleted after 24 hours. Photos used in a task are scheduled for deletion 7 days after it finishes; completed videos remain available for 30 days. You can delete finished tasks sooner in My Videos.
Can I share the video?
Yes—download your video and share it on TikTok, Reels or Shorts. Use a photo you have permission to use, add audio you are allowed to share, and label the clip as AI-generated.
