Unused packs

Request a full cash refund within seven days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been used. Email the order reference from the account that purchased it. Do not email your password or payment credentials. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Failed generation

A confirmed provider failure or undeliverable output returns all 100 task credits automatically. This is a credit return, not a cash refund. An uncertain submission is reconciled first to avoid duplicate generation or charges.

Completed but unusable

Report a missing goal, a changed person or serious distortion using the quality issue link in My Videos. Support reviews the complete result. If an objective defect is verified, we offer one controlled redo. Preferences alone do not qualify as a defect. If the controlled redo still has a verified objective defect or cannot be delivered, email support with the original task and order references. We review a cash refund through the original payment for the affected purchase or unused entitlement; partial-pack refunds require manual review. This review is distinct from automatic task-credit returns, and the same entitlement is not refunded twice. We aim to respond within three business days; approval and settlement are not instant.

Refund settlement

Approved cash refunds are processed through the original PayPal transaction. Timing depends on PayPal and the funding source. A full refund or chargeback removes all credits issued by that order. A negative balance pauses generation. Partial refunds require manual review.
