4. Keep the same request while it runs
The service saves a task reference when you press Generate. If the page closes, return to My Videos after signing in. A status such as checking or waiting does not mean you need to pay again. Unknown submissions are reconciled rather than automatically resubmitted.
5. Download and check the entire clip
Watch the face at the start, middle and end, then check the chip, defenders and finish. Download before the 30-day expiry. For a missing goal, identity change or severe distortion, report the task to support for review and a possible single redo. Confirmed failed jobs return credits automatically.
