AI-GENERATED FICTION / RESPONSIBLE BY DESIGN
Terms of Service
Rules for your account, photos, one-time credit purchases and generated football videos at OzilGoalMaker. Updated October 19, 2026.
Operator
OzilGoalMaker is operated by Berger, an independent developer based in Beijing, China. Contact support@ozilgoalmaker.com for support, privacy requests or reports. We aim to reply within three business days.
Service and availability
We are testing a fixed-action photo-to-video service. Generation is temporarily unavailable during testing. When checkout is available, you may buy credits for later use; no opening date is guaranteed. The target output is a silent, vertical 720p MP4 of about 15 seconds. We do not guarantee exact likeness or identical clothing in every result.
Eligibility and permission
You must be an adult. Upload only a photo you own or have permission to process, showing one consenting adult who is not a public figure. No minors, celebrities, nudity, abuse, fraud, deceptive impersonation or infringement.
Credits and payment
PayPal is our payment processor, not our merchant of record. Single is USD 7.99 for 100 credits; Triple is USD 17.99 for 300 credits. A video consumes 100 credits. Credits do not expire and purchases do not renew. Review the final amount at checkout. Payment adds credits; you then explicitly start generation.
Failures and quality
Confirmed failed tasks return 100 credits. Unknown submissions require reconciliation and are not automatically recreated. For a completed clip with a missing goal, changed identity or serious distortion, report its task reference. After verifying an objective defect, support offers one controlled redo. If the redo still has a verified objective defect or cannot be delivered, contact support for cash-refund review under the Refund Policy.
Rights and use
You retain rights to your input and authorize necessary processing by us and our processors. Output does not grant rights in another person, music, logos or source material. We do not promise unrestricted commercial use. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Account and disputes
Keep your credentials private. A full refund or chargeback reverses all credits from that order, including spent credits; a negative balance pauses further generation. Partial refunds require manual review. These terms are governed by Chinese law, subject to mandatory rights applicable to you. Contact support to resolve a dispute.
Independent service
Independent service, not affiliated with Mesut Özil, Arsenal, UEFA or CapCut. Generated footage is fictional. Do not represent it as an authentic match recording or official endorsement.
