Data we process
We process account email and session details, uploaded photos, safety decisions, task status, private videos, credit records and payment references. PayPal handles payment credentials; we do not store your PayPal password or full card data. The waiting list stores your email and signup time.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and stores records in D1 and private media in R2. OpenRouter and its Qwen model providers review photos for safety. Kie and its video model providers process the photo and fixed motion reference for generation. PayPal processes payments. Your uploaded photo is sent to these third-party AI providers for the stated safety and generation purposes. Providers may process data internationally under their own terms. We do not use your photos or generated videos to train our models. This statement does not guarantee that each third-party provider has the same retention or training policy; their separate terms apply.
Retention
Unused uploads are cleaned after 24 hours. Task inputs are scheduled for deletion seven days after completion or failure, with a seven-day fallback for unresolved tasks. Completed videos are stored for 30 days. Delete completed or failed tasks in My Videos to remove media sooner. We retain minimal financial and reconciliation records separately where needed. Waiting-list email is retained until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion; contact support to opt out. Provider-side retention is separate; we do not promise immediate deletion from every provider.
Your device and consent
Selecting a photo first creates a local preview. Upload only occurs after your explicit permission. Saved drafts remain on your device with a two-hour validity period and are removed when expired drafts are accessed. Necessary cookies maintain sessions and security.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you accept optional cookies. We do not send your photos, videos, email or private order links to analytics. You can reject or change your choice using Cookie settings. Changing your choice does not erase previously collected analytics automatically.
Your requests
Email support for access, correction, export, deletion, an opt-out from the waiting list or a privacy complaint. We may verify account ownership. We aim to handle valid data requests within 30 days, subject to necessary legal retention. We do not publish or sell your photos.
