What each video includes
One approved adult photo is used for a fixed football sequence. The target is about 15 seconds, vertical 9:16 at 720p, delivered as a private, silent MP4. Add permitted audio in your own editor. The finished file can be downloaded from My Videos within 30 days. Credits do not expire.
Check availability before paying
The waiting list is free. Joining does not create an order or authorize a charge. When checkout is available, PayPal shows the final USD amount for the selected pack. We do not offer a subscription or free generation. Your account is required to protect access to your balance and downloads.
Check the picture first
Upload one photo after confirming permission. The safety check must approve it before a generation can use credits. A rejected photo is not fixed by purchasing a larger pack. Replace unclear, cropped or unsuitable pictures before continuing to checkout. The photo guide explains accepted formats and framing.
When something goes wrong
Confirmed failures automatically return the 100 credits used by the task. A result whose status is unknown is checked before another submission can be made. For a completed video with a missing goal, changed identity or serious distortion, contact support from My Videos. A verified objective defect qualifies for one controlled redo. If that redo still has a verified objective defect or cannot be delivered, support reviews a cash refund through the original payment; this is not an automatic second credit grant. See the refund policy.
Unused packs may qualify for a full refund within seven days if none of their credits were spent. Refunded or charged-back purchases have all their credits reversed, including any already used; a negative balance pauses generation. Partial refunds require manual review. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
